Poker Gurgaon is a local poker community created for poker enthusiasts in Gurgaon and nearby areas. Our goal is to connect like-minded players, share information about private home games, community meetups, poker events, and build a safe, friendly, and responsible poker network. Poker Gurgaon is a community platform and does not operate or host real-money gaming services through the platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age applicable in your jurisdiction to join the Poker Gurgaon community or participate in any activities shared through Poker Gurgaon. By using Poker Gurgaon, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
By joining Poker Gurgaon or any associated WhatsApp community, you agree to behave respectfully towards other members. Abusive behaviour, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, spam, unsolicited promotions, fraudulent activities, or any illegal conduct will not be tolerated. Poker Gurgaon reserves the right to remove any member from its community without prior notice if their behaviour negatively affects the community.
Poker Gurgaon may invite members to join its official WhatsApp Community or WhatsApp Groups to receive updates about upcoming home games, poker meetups, community events, and announcements. Joining these groups is completely voluntary. Members are responsible for maintaining respectful communication and complying with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service as well as these Terms & Conditions.
Poker Gurgaon may share information about home games, private poker sessions, community gatherings, and social events organised by independent hosts or community members. Participation in any home game or event is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion. Poker Gurgaon does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or outcome of any event shared within the community.
Certain home games or community events may require prior confirmation due to limited seating. Hosts reserve the right to accept or decline participation based on available capacity, event requirements, or community guidelines.
Where a home game or community event involves a participation fee, buy-in, or contribution, the payment arrangements are managed directly by the respective host or organiser unless otherwise specified. Poker Gurgaon does not collect, hold, or process payments on behalf of independent hosts.
Poker Gurgaon does not manage cancellations or refunds for home games or community events organised by independent hosts. Any cancellation, refund request, payment dispute, or compensation request must be resolved directly with the respective organiser or host. Poker Gurgaon is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, refund, or financial loss arising from participation in third-party events or home games.
Members are expected to act responsibly before, during, and after any community event. Any behaviour that threatens the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of other participants may result in immediate removal from Poker Gurgaon and its associated communities without prior notice.
From time to time, Poker Gurgaon may introduce members to trusted hosts, organisers, clubs, or community partners. These individuals and organisations operate independently. Poker Gurgaon does not guarantee their services, conduct, or event management and is not liable for their actions or decisions.
All branding, logos, graphics, text, photographs, and original content published by Poker Gurgaon remain the intellectual property of Poker Gurgaon unless otherwise stated. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
Poker Gurgaon provides information and community connections in good faith. Participation in any home game, meetup, poker session, or community activity is entirely voluntary. Poker Gurgaon shall not be liable for any personal injury, financial loss, property damage, disputes, cancellations, or any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in community activities or interactions with other members.
Your use of Poker Gurgaon is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By joining our community or sharing your information with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Poker Gurgaon may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our community, services, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be published on this page. Continued participation in Poker Gurgaon after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to Poker Gurgaon shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
